Terms of Use – E-Foot Arena

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the E-FOOT Arena mobile application and website (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service
Users under 18 require parental consent for prize redemptions
You must provide accurate registration information
One account per person is permitted

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

E-FOOT Arena is a matchmaking platform for EA FC (FIFA) gamers that provides:

Tournament registration and matchmaking
Ranking and leaderboard systems
Prize redemption opportunities
Gaming community features
Match scheduling and notifications

4. USER ACCOUNTS

Account Creation

You are responsible for maintaining account security
You must provide accurate and current information
You may not share your account credentials
You must notify us of any unauthorized access

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
Termination may result in loss of points and prizes

5. GAMING RULES AND CONDUCT

Fair Play Requirements

No cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics
No use of unauthorized third-party software
Matches must be played fairly and honestly
False reporting of results is prohibited

Prohibited Conduct

Harassment, bullying, or toxic behavior
Sharing inappropriate content
Impersonating other users
Attempting to manipulate rankings or results
Creating multiple accounts

Consequences

First violation: Warning
Repeated violations: Temporary suspension
Serious violations: Permanent ban and forfeiture of prizes

6. TOURNAMENTS AND COMPETITIONS

Participation

Tournament rules are binding once you register
You must be available at scheduled match times
No-shows may result in automatic forfeiture
Match results must be reported accurately

Rankings and Points

- Rankings are calculated based on match performance
- Points are awarded according to published algorithms
- We reserve the right to adjust rankings for fair play
- Disputed results will be reviewed by our team

7. PRIZE SYSTEM

Earning Points

Points are earned through tournament participation
Bonus points may be awarded for special events
Points have no cash value outside our platform
Points cannot be transferred between accounts

Prize Redemption

Prizes are subject to availability
Redemption requires account verification
Processing time is 5-10 business days
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal value

Prize Forfeiture

Prizes may be forfeited for rule violations
Unclaimed prizes expire after 90 days
Fraudulent redemption attempts result in account termination

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Rights

E-FOOT Arena name, logo, and app are our property
All software, algorithms, and systems are proprietary
User-generated content becomes our property when shared

Your Rights

You retain ownership of your personal gaming statistics
You grant us license to use your content for promotional purposes
You may request removal of your content upon account deletion

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

EA Sports Integration

Our Service integrates with EA FC gaming platforms
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by EA Sports
EA Sports terms and conditions also apply to gameplay

Payment Processing

Prize payments are processed by third-party providers
Additional terms may apply for payment processing
We are not responsible for payment processor issues

10. DISCLAIMERS

Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee continuous service
Maintenance windows may temporarily interrupt service
We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions

Gaming Performance

Match outcomes depend on player skill and game mechanics
We do not guarantee specific results or prize winnings
Technical issues may affect individual matches

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ROAS Solutions BV shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Damages exceeding the value of prizes earned in the last 30 days
Issues arising from third-party services or EA FC gameplay

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROAS Solutions BV from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your violation of these terms
Your use of the Service
Your gaming conduct or interactions with other users
Any content you submit or share

13. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
